Refund Policy

We want you to love your Crystavita purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return
